We will cover:

  • What is EVV and why is it required?

  • How to get started with CareBridge EVV.

  • How to access CareBridge EVV resources.

  • Who to contact regarding specific issues.

CareBridge On-Demand Training Modules

REQUIRED TRAINING
CareBridge Orientation Training

This is an overview of the EVV Provider Portal and Caregiver Mobile Application. This On-Demand session will give you an introduction to each component of the system. This is the first in a series of training modules that will help you build foundational knowledge of the CareBridge platform

Module 1 - Setting Up Your Office

This session is focused on the primary functions of the EVV system and we will walk you through setting up your office employees and caregivers as well as other setup functions. You will be able to enter your own information into your Portal during this session and can ask the Trainer questions. Staff in your agency who manage employees or will be adding employees to the EVV system should attend this session.

Module 2 - Train the Trainer: Mobile App & IVR

This session is a train the trainer session where the CareBridge trainer will train you on how to train your caregiver staff on downloading the mobile application, registering, logging into, and using the Mobile Application as well as the requirements of and how to use Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Staff in your agency who will be training caregivers on how to record and document their visits should attend this session.

Module 3 - Authorizations & Scheduling

This session is focused on how to view, acknowledge, and manage authorizations as well as how to schedule members and create appointments. You will be able to practice acknowledging and viewing authorizations as well as creating appointments and ask the Trainer questions. Staff in your agency who manage authorizations and schedule appointments should attend this session.

Module 4 - Visits & Billing

This session is focused on how appointments become visits, how to address any pre-billing errors, complete manual entries, export claims for billing, and see claims status and details. You will be able to practice the visit and billing capabilities and ask the Trainer questions. Staff in your agency who will be monitoring and managing visits and exporting visits to claims (billing staff) should attend this session.
