The Wyoming Department of Health, through a contractual partnership with CareBridge, is excited to offer this EVV solution for waiver-enrolled provider organizations. This solution is being offered at no cost to providers. Over the next six months, CareBridge will be leading the efforts to prepare providers to successfully use EVV.
Effective today, June 7, 2022, the EVV system will automatically account for the midnight split when Respite Services is provided overnight. This means that providers will not need to input additional clock in or out punches at midnight, and will not be required to fix missing punches associated with the midnight split.

02/15/2022 - Home and Community-Based Services. The Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Division) is pleased to announce that EVV is now live! Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a federal requirement of the 21st Century Cures Act, which outlines the system requirements for compliance and uses technology to electronically capture information about when and where home and community-based services (HCBS) of the Medicaid waivers begin and end.
