This is an overview of the EVV Provider Portal and caregiver mobile application and will give you an introduction to each component of the system.
This session is focused on the primary functions of the EVV system and will show you how to add office employees and caregivers, as well as other setup functions. Staff in your organization who manage employees or will be adding employees to the EVV system should attend this module.
This session is a train-the-trainer session to teach the provider organization how to train its caregivers. It will cover downloading the mobile application, registration, login, and using the mobile application as well as Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Staff in your organization who will be training caregivers on how to record and document their visits should attend this module.
This session is focused on how to view, acknowledge, and manage authorizations, as well as how to schedule members and create appointments. Staff in your organization who manage authorizations and schedule appointments should attend this module.
This session focuses on how appointments become visits, how to address pre-billing errors, complete manual entries, export claims for billing, and view claims status and details. Staff in your organization who will be monitoring and managing visits and exporting visits to billing (billing staff) should attend this module.
